FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
I will book your photo revela appointment with you at the photo shoot, and this will generally be within two weeks of your photoshoot. Depending upon your package, you should have your images within three weeks of your ordering appointment.
Do I have to buy images before they are deleted?
In my business, I only want you to buy images you love. You will never be under any obligation to buy wall art, or folio boxes, and I will never use any pressure selling techniques...ever!
I have a business with multiple people, is your rate above per person?
Please get in touch so that I can provide you with a bespoke quote that is tailored to your business. Similarly, if your business only has two people but you would like a personal branding session we can chat about all the options so that you can pick the best one for your business.
How does the process work?
1. Request a no obligation call
We can chat about your photoshoot and I can provide you with a bespoke quote.
If you decide we are a good fit, then you sign the contract confirming your photoshoot date. there will also be a small deposit to pay to hold that date.
2. Planning call
During this call we plan the fine detail of the shoot, from how you would like to be photographed, who with, and the items you can bring with you. I will provide my style guide for you and we can choose clothes for your shoot.
3. Photoshoot
I will have everything ready for you, and I don;t shoot with time limits so there will be plenty of time to take breaks and change outfits.
4. Photo reveal and ordering
This is the appointment where you will see all of your best images. We will shortlist images, and if you would like to purchase any images, this is the appointment where you decide all the details. Images will be delivered within the next few weeks, and physical items will be shipped directly to you.
